West Coast Park - Golden chain flowers.

On this fairly haze-free and breezy morning, West Coast Park welcomed us with its lush and expansive green spaces. It is a park that I can never tire of visiting.
Flowers of the Golden Chain tree originally from Brazil and Uruguay.
They have been on this tree for weeks.
The flowers are slowly shedding their petals and fruits are forming.
A Changeable lizard that was wary of my presence.
If you love trees, West Coast Park is the place to be.
The variety of trees on this expansive park is impressive, not to mention the shade they provide.
In the evening you could gather some friends and play Chess here.
Sunlit leaves.
The National Parks Board keep the trees healthy and free from parasitic plants.
Palm tree laden with fruit.

This is the first time that I see monitor lizards in this park.
The greenery of this park is soothing. This area is also an official camping site.
