West Coast Park 18 Sep 2015

For a few hours this morning, the haze was not seen or felt in West Coast Park. The walk was a welcome return to my walking activity that had to be halted because of the sickly air sent over by our neighbour. We were warned of its unwelcome presence for some weeks to come and I think only prayers and a miracle wind will blow this blinking haze back from where it originates. So people, pray so that we can be rid of this foul air.

Fruits of the Bismark palm.

Mushrooms under a tree.

Fragrance in the air around this tree.

A bunch of sea grapes.

Another kind of fragrance from the flowering rangoon creepers.
Aging at the most perfect.

Ixora flowers.
Cannonball tree.

A small crab spider so motionless that I thought it was dead but it wasn't.

Chomp, chomp.

Fishing traps ready for placement.

Okay, I just have this fascination for boats.

Territorial feud.

The loser.

Nature's colourful beads.

Flowers of the Rangoon creeper.

Here we go...
